Knowledge Transfer

by Ralph Tabberer

Knowledge has never been so important as it is today when we can be classed as living in a 'knowledge society'. Research into the management and transfer of knowledge has long been important in the business world and in leadership development, but how does it relate to current school reform? And how do the ideas actually translate into practice?
